West Ham vs Chelsea
Both sides will be disappointed with their results in week 1 and hopeful for a rebound in week 2. For Chelsea, coming off a win of the Club World Cup against PSG, a goalless draw against Crystal Palace is not enough. Not to mention the massive financial investment the club made over the summer to bring in attacking players. West Ham on the other hand has been struggling under new manager Graham Potter leading back to last season. Those struggles were put on full display against newly promoted Sunderland who dominated the Hammers last week 3-0. West Ham have lost 9 of their last 11 home fixtures primarily due to a defense that is conceding 1.7 goals per game in that stretch. Chelsea will have high possession and are a safe bet to win this game, but a London derbies are always susceptible to drama. Look out for Chelsea striker Joao Pedro to bounce back after a slow start in his Premier League debut.
Best Bet: Chelsea ML (-140), Joao Pedro over 0.5 Goals
